Terms of carriage & privacy

Applicable to all shipments accepted by PharmaBridge Logistics. Last reviewed January 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By handing a consignment to PharmaBridge Logistics, or by using this website to track a shipment, the sender accepts these terms on their own behalf and on behalf of the recipient and any other party with an interest in the goods.

2. Scope of service

We provide international and domestic courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage and related logistics services. Routing, carrier selection and mode of transport remain at our discretion unless a specific service level has been agreed in writing.

3. Sender responsibilities

The sender warrants that the contents are accurately described, lawfully exportable and importable, correctly packed for the selected transport mode, and that all documentation, licences and declarations supplied are complete and truthful.

4. Prohibited and restricted goods

We do not carry currency, bearer instruments, live animals, human remains, illegal narcotics, unlicensed firearms or ammunition, or any item prohibited by the origin, transit or destination jurisdiction. Dangerous goods and controlled pharmaceuticals require prior written approval and correct classification.

5. Transit times and delivery estimates

Published transit times are estimates based on normal operating conditions. They are not guarantees and exclude delays caused by customs inspection, weather, industrial action, incorrect addresses, regulatory holds or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

Unless a delivered-duty-paid service has been purchased, all duties, taxes, storage charges and regulatory fees are payable by the recipient. We may advance such charges and recover them, together with an administration fee, from the sender if the recipient does not pay.

7. Liability

Our liability for loss of or damage to a consignment is limited to the lower of the declared value, the documented repair or replacement cost, or the limits established by any applicable international convention. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity, unless cargo insurance covering such loss was purchased.

8. Cargo insurance

All-risk cargo insurance is available at the time of booking and must be arranged before collection. Without it, the standard liability limits above apply regardless of the value of the goods.

9. Claims

Visible damage must be recorded on the delivery receipt at the time of hand-over. Written claims for damage must reach us within 14 days of delivery, and claims for non-delivery within 30 days of the shipment date, together with supporting documentation.

10. Inspection and security

We may open and inspect any consignment without notice where required for security screening, customs compliance or where we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms.

11. Storage and undeliverable goods

Where a consignment cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, it will be held at the destination facility. Storage charges accrue after five working days, and goods unclaimed after 60 days may be returned, disposed of or sold to recover outstanding charges.

12. Tracking information

Tracking data is provided for convenience and reflects the most recent scan or position update recorded by our operations team. Brief gaps between milestones are normal and do not indicate a problem with the consignment.

13. Privacy

We collect only the contact and address data required to carry, clear and deliver a consignment, plus service correspondence. Data is shared with carriers, agents and customs authorities as needed to perform the service, is retained for the period required by trade and tax regulations, and is never sold. Requests for access or deletion can be sent to our support address.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of any international transport convention that applies to a particular movement.
